What Is The X Pain Method?
Most people in the world today suffer from back pain on a daily basis. Most of us aren’t rich and cannot afford to pay for expensive surgeries. So what can we do besides take pills for back pain for the rest of our lives?
Here are a few tips to help you ease your back pain.
Put ice or heat on your back. If you feel that you have back pain again, then within the first 48 hours ice. Place ice on the area for 10 minutes, and take it off for 10 minutes, repeat it 2 more times. If after 48 hours the pain still exists, then switch use 10 minutes of a hot compress and 10 minutes of an ice compress. Pain will go away dramatically if you do this.
Stretch your back and body to release the tension. The main reason most have back pain is tight muscles. Stretching is an ideal way to ease their tension. But stretch as gently as you can. Stretching aggressively won’t help a darn thing. You should only stretch the muscle till it gets tight and not hurt. If you stretch the muscles too tight, you will end up with a tight muscle after you release the stretch hold. Being gentle is key!
Workout your back muscles. Where there is a tight muscle, there is an opposite weak one. Stretching only your tight muscles will not create balance. You will need to improve the nerve and blood flow to the weak muscles.
The last thing you should do now is to get a chiropractor or find a holistic cure for it. Since at home treatment is much cheaper and can be safer, then I would like to suggest you do it. You should really look into X Pain Method by Dr. Greame Teague . If you want a review of the program, why not check out ReviewMOZâ„ . There you are going to find tons of product comparisons, including Lose the Back Pain System by Jesse Cannone and Bulletproof Back System by Eric Wong, and also the X-Pain Method review.
